Dr. Ajay Kohli, the Deputy Director General for Research of the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), paid a courtesy visit to President Sugiyama. Dr. Kohli also paid a courtesy visit to the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences and gave an international seminar.
