| NBRP chicken・quail provides in vitro cultured chicken primordial germ cell (PGC) lines. Each cell line was established from blood circulating stage of PGCs in single embryo. Some cell lines have been confirmed that regenerated individuals by transplanting PGCs into recipient embryos. |
