- Four researchers from the Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI:AgER) at the University of Western Australia (UWA) paid a courtesy visit to the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences.

On April 24th, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Andrew Guzzomi (Director), Dr. Stuart Watt (Research Fellow), and Dr. Harrison Caddy (Research Fellow) from the Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI:AgER) at the University of Western Australia (UWA) visited the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences (GSBS) and met with Dean. Nakazono and other faculty members to exchange ideas about their respective research. The meeting also involved discussions on academic collaboration, student exchanges and the future direction of joint research between the two universities, including the Joint Degree Program (JDP).
Prior to the meeting, on April 22nd, our faculty members introduced our JDP-UWA program to the four researchers, including Dr. Wesley Moss (Lecturer). They expressed interest in future collaboration.
