The major interest in this laboratory is to understand how cellular functions such as signal transduction, movement, growth and secretion are regulated in a Ca2+-dependent manner by biomolecular interactions of enzymes, receptors, adaptor proteins and other protein factors. Basic knowledge in biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology is required.
