Our laboratory aims to create bioactive molecules by integrating natural product chemistry, computational chemistry, data science, and organic synthesis. Focusing on bioactive natural products, we apply comprehensive conformational analysis, transition state calculation, and machine learning to elucidate structure and function, design simplified molecules, and develop synthetic routes.
