学部から博士までの研究テーマ：直翅目昆虫（バッタ、イナゴ、コオロギ）の染色体進化

名古屋大学での研究活動：愛知県産哺乳類の核型調査、スンクスSK系統におけるローバートソン型転座（Rb）染色体の観察

帯広畜産大学での研究活動（予定）：節足動物媒介性感染症の制圧（おもにマラリア原虫とハマダラカの関係）
