  3. Academic Transcripts (Bachelor, Master)
Transcript for doctoral course is not available.
The statement of reasons for no transcripts will be issued instead.

[2] Documents necessary for application
  1.  Application Form(.pdf) or  Application Form(.docx)
  2. Copy of passport or ID card or birth certificate
  3. Self-addressed envelop
  4. International Reply Coupon or International Postal Money order covering postage from Japan to your country
    * One sheet of "International Reply Coupon" is equivalent to ¥130.
    * Please fill out "International Postal Money Order" according to the following instructions.
